This wine has a most inviting aromatic profile, with apple, flower, ripe melon, and citrus notes. Gravel Bar Allurial Red Blend 2014:
This is a full-bodied red with vibrant flavors of dried cherries, plum, toffee, chocolate and vanilla. The structure is rich, with bold tannins extending the finish.

An original rose with a very pale pink color plus grey and whitish tints. The bouquet reveals delightful red berry scents. Grenache is the king of grape varieties when it comes to making light, racy, fruity roses in contemporary style. Grenache reveals all its suppleness and cherry aromas. Its fig and sometimes cocoa flavours, plus its rounded sensations on the palate, make it one of the great varieties of the South of France.

Mettler Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon:

The Mettler 2013 Petite Sirah exudes richess and complexity from the first sip. True to its varietal heritage, the color is deep purple-red with a bright purple rim. An essence of rose in the aroma, followed by tobacco, mocha and an undercurrent of berries. As it unfolds on the palate, it delivers a beautiful swirl of concentrated blueberry, raspberry and dark cherry flavors with notes of dark honey and cracked black pepper. Rich and fullbodied, the berries are swathed in a robe of supple tannin, tempered by a pop of juicy acidity carrying the flavors through the finish.

The 2013 Mettler Zinfandel draws you in with its deep,opaque garnet color. Enticing aromas of dried red currant, bramblyberries and toast delight the senses. Ramon Roqueta Macabeo Chardonnay:
Pale yellow colour, with floral aromas on a background of fresh fruit such as apricot and grapefruit. On the palate it is crisp and well-balanced, with an elegant finish in which the above aromas are repeated. Ageing on lees from fermentation increases its body and complexity giving a long and pleasing finish.
Ramon Roqueta Tempranillo Do Catalunya:
Ripe and full with red fruit on the nose. The palate is layered with red fruit, vanilla and lingering spice. All underpinned by fresh acidity on the finish.
Perles De Sauvignon Blanc:
Crystal clear, pale profile. The Perles de Sauvignon Blanc is characterized by attractive citrus aromas. Nicely rounded on the palate. Serve as an aperitif, with shellfish, grilled fish or fresh goat cheese.
